Tree Structures

Tree Inspired Structures is a project to improve the stability of buildings in seismic areas. It is inspired by tree trunks and branches which have the ability to hold and give stability. It is built as a reinforced concrete structure that will be held by one large central column. This branches out into further columns. The design compares favourably in earthquake conditions against ordinary structures that are supported on multiple columns.
