About
Using stairs is painful, difficult, and dangerous for osteoarthritis sufferers Flight is an adjustable handle which can be attached to any stair rail to assist users, without the need for expensive or major alterations. Its unique internal mechanism locks as users move from one step to the next, easily disengaging to slide along the rails to the next step. The design is light-weight and collapsible allowing it to be easily transportable.

I am an industrial designer who completed my Bachelor’s at Carleton University. I am a hardworking individual who loves to take on challenges, especially in a creative environment. I believe that the best solutions to complex problems are simple and I apply that thinking to all my designs. I am now a Product Solutions Designer at an office furniture design company where I will focus on creating sustainable products that can adapt to the evolving office environment.
