About
F*** ethics is a design programme built in partnership with the Danish Design Trust, created to help tech startups assess and act upon the ethical implications of their products. To not ethically develop a product can often end up being extremely costly for start-ups. Through an introduction to digital ethics, discussions and workshops, start-up teams are encouraged to see the blind spots of their solutions. It is a proactive programme intended to help them practice their ethics, as well as highlighting the positive business value brought by ethical practices.

We are two service designers coming from Denmark and France and we are passionate about the topic of ethics in new technology development. F For our final MA project at Royal College of Art (London), we created a program for incubators to help tech start-ups consider and act upon the ethical implications of their digital products or services. Through a three-step journey, founders and their teams learn to future proof their digital solution from the get-go. Both of us have now graduated and are working as service designer in innovation consultancies. We continue to explore how new technologies influence human behaviour and society as a whole.
