Fallsafe

The Fallsafe airbag belt is designed to be used by older adults who are at risk of falling. When the risk of falling is detected the belt system automatically inflates two lateral airbags that protect the hips and sides from possible injury. The belt turns on automatically when the buckle is closed and notifies the user with a beep. It is designed to have a long battery life and is easily rechargeable. Fallsafe has a simple interface, a customisable finish and a design that focuses on comfort. It is also reusable by replacing the air cartridges to reset the belt.
