Jhosseph is an Industrial and Environmental Microbiologist who firmly believes that even the most minor changes have the power to transform our world. His commitment lies in balancing human actions with the available natural resources. As a Ph.D. student in Biotechnology at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, he channels his passion through science in the quest for innovative solutions that enable the utilization of waste in production chains. His primary goal is to develop and promote the circular economy and sustainability, with the vision of creating a prosperous future in harmony with our environment.

Nora Torres, a proud Mexican scientist and activist at the age of 28, has a notable background in directing socioenvironmental projects. She is the founder of Káapeh Mexico, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering farming families through science. Her research focuses on developing strategies for biodiversity conservation and the reuse of agro-industrial waste, promoting a circular economy, and preventing rural abandonment. Furthermore, as a public servant, she leads efforts to promote public policies aimed at sustainable development and climate resilience. Her mission underscores her dedication to creating a future where science, sustainability, and economic growth coexist harmoniously, benefitting both communities and the environment.

Elda Melchor is a Research Professor in the Bioproduction Systems Unit, Institute of the Advanced Materials for Sustainable Manufacturing, at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. I have developed research projects in bioproduction of advanced materials through a circular economy with high-value products and regenerative systems for the planet, from waste to wealth, generation solutions on medicines, food and sustainable agriculture.

As a mechatronics engineer with a master's degree in science specializing in design and energy efficiency, I've been working on various technological projects to achieve sustainability and optimize resources. I am passionate about understanding and solving complex issues from diverse and empathetic perspectives. This has led me to work on various projects, such as designing, implementing, and validating prototypes, deploying AI platforms, and developing technological strategies to combat climate change in urban and rural areas. By embracing this approach, I've understood that we have the power to enrich people's lives and transform the world into a better place.
